Role Overview
- Infilon Technologies is hiring an experienced Full Stack MERN Developer (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
What are we looking for
- 3+ years of end-to-end web application development experience using the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, Express, and MongoDB.
- Hands-on experience with modern React features (Hooks, Context, Redux Toolkit, Next.js).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, WebSocket architectures, and security best practices (JWT, OAuth).
- Proficiency with Docker, Redis caching, and CI/CD pipelines is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, microservices or monolithic architectures catering to high-load user traffic.
- Design high-performance MongoDB schemas and aggregation pipelines.
- Ensure front-end responsiveness, accessibility, and high Lighthouse performance scores.
