Your mission as Senior QA Engineer
- Develop a deep understanding of the product's business flows and how customers use it in real-world operations.
- Review requirements and user stories early, question gaps and ambiguities, and suggest improvements before development begins.
- Design and own test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios that reflect real business processes, not just individual features.
- Perform web & mobile testing across functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility scenarios.
- Conduct risk-based and exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and business-critical issues.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows across modules to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Identify, log, and track defects with clear business impact analysis, and drive them to resolution.
- Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and release validation.
- Take ownership of testing activities and quality sign-off for releases.
- Proactively suggest improvements to QA processes and best practices.
