Must have experience in business development from a service-based software development company in outsourcing business
Experience with interacting with clients in the US, Canada, Australia, UK countries, and major Countries.
The candidate must have IT Background and should be familiar with technologies.
Should have experience in FIVERR, UPWORK, FREELANCER, PPH, GURU, or any other Bidding portals.
Generating business through Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.
Identify trends and client's needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare a detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations closing the sales, and handing over the client to the delivery team. Follow up with clients if the proposal gets accepted convert the lead into a successful project.
